We also adjust based on your target listing date, so if you need to move quickly, we’ll try tailoring the scope and delivery to match your timeline.

Do you provide the furniture and decor?

We make this flexible. Every package comes with a curated shopping list of furnishings, lighting, art, and accessories selected specifically for your property. You can either purchase directly from those lists yourself or choose to have us handle procurement on your behalf. For Signature and Luxe packages, we can leverage trade discounts and manage vendor coordination, saving you both time and money. If you’re in Tampa Bay, we also offer on-site delivery coordination and final install, so your home is styled and photo-ready without the stress.
